Exceptions 
In the rare scenario that an item is damaged, please provide a photo proof of damage within 2 days of delivery to the theefineartconnoisseur@gmail.com. Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and labels in place, and absolutely no alterations. If a return is accepted, a return label will be provided to the corresponding email within the order. After an item is received and approved as damaged, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Credit Card and Bank refund processing times are applicable to refunds, please allow at least 5-7 business days for a refund to be posted.
