Missing Order Policy

TFAC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please assure that you provide accurate shipping details. Once tracking details are assigned to an order, shipping information cannot be updated.

Customers assume all responsibility once a confirmation number & email is distributed. 

Suggestions if an order is lost/stolen:

  1. Contact the shipping company for the tracking number that has been issued to you
  2. File a claim with the shipping company and await the investigation results

Return to Sender Policy

Customers assume all responsibility once a confirmation number & email is distributed. It is your responsibility to be available to retrieve your mail and/or make accommodations via the shipping company that is selected (ie. release signature, hold at location, ship to an alternate address).

A $10 reshipping fee will be applicable to all orders that are returned by the shipping company with any of the following statues: 

    • Unclaimed
    • Unable to Forward
    • Return to Sender
An address reconfirmation email will be sent along with a PayPal invoice for the $10 reshipping fee. Orders will be resent once the reshipping fee is paid.
